1. Introduction
Inloher Corp (hereinafter, "Inloher") is an independent licensed dealer in the State of Florida and an authorized broker of Copart. Inloher owns and operates the website www.SalvageReseller.com (hereinafter, "the Site"). The Site is an online platform that allows registered users to access vehicle auctions organized by Copart, with Inloher acting as an authorized intermediary.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the Site and the services provided by Inloher. By registering, creating an account, signing electronically, or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between the buyer ("you," "Buyer," or "Member") and Inloher.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from registering or using our services. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of all conditions described herein.
Inloher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon their posting on SalvageReseller.com. In the event of significant changes, Inloher will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of them.
In case of any discrepancy between the Spanish and English versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail as the official and binding reference.
Non-Binding Summary (For Ease of Reading Only)
- All vehicles are sold As-Is, Where-Is, without warranties
- Full payment is due within three (3) business days, including auction day
- Failure to pay within seven (7) calendar days results in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit
- A minimum security deposit of USD $600 is required to bid
- Additional fees may apply, including broker, Copart, storage, and administrative fees
- Buyers are responsible for vehicle removal and transportation
- Vehicles not removed within thirty (30) days may be deemed abandoned
- All disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida
- Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
2. Important Notice on Dispute Resolution
THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE, A WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL, AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS.
By accepting these Terms, the Buyer agrees that all disputes shall be resolved exclusively through individual arbitration.
2.1 Dispute Resolution by Arbitration
Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any transaction conducted through SalvageReseller.com shall be resolved exclusively and finally through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Broward County, Florida, in English or Spanish, as deemed appropriate. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise required by law or awarded by the arbitrator.

4. Eligibility and Membership
4.1 Eligibility Requirements
4.2 Available Memberships
- Free Membership: No fee. Broker fee USD $299 or 10% (whichever is greater)
- Monthly Membership: USD $34.99/month. Broker fee USD $249 or 7%
- Annual Membership: USD $189.99/year. Broker fee USD $249 or 5%
All broker fees are exclusive of Copart fees.
4.3 Security Deposit
A minimum USD $600 deposit is required to bid, allowing bids up to USD $6,000. Additional USD $100 is required per additional USD $1,000. Multiple simultaneous bids require separate deposits.
Deposits may be used to cover penalties, fees, fines, or unpaid balances. Deposits are refundable only if no outstanding obligations exist.
Refund requests may be submitted via the Site, email, or phone. Refunds are processed within three (3) business days, subject to clearance.
4.4 Automatic Renewals
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. Fees are non-refundable.
4.5 Membership Revocation
Inloher may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, violations, abusive conduct, or failure to maintain deposits.
4.6 Anti-Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks may result in account termination, forfeiture of deposits, and recovery of associated costs. Buyers waive the right to dispute valid charges.
5. Buyer Obligations
5.1 Nature of the Seller
5.2 As-Is, Where-Is Sale
All vehicles are sold strictly "AS-IS, WHERE-IS", with all faults, visible or hidden, and without any warranty of any kind. Inloher expressly disclaims:
- Any warranty of merchantability
- Any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
- Any warranty regarding accuracy of descriptions, images, odometer readings, or title history
The Buyer assumes all risks associated with vehicle condition, prior damage, repairs, mileage discrepancies, structural or mechanical defects, and transportation damage.
5.3 Inspection Responsibility
The Buyer is solely responsible for inspecting vehicles prior to bidding. This includes:
- Physical inspection or third-party inspection
- Review of vehicle history reports
- Review of photos and descriptions for reference only
Bids are placed based on the Buyer’s independent judgment, not reliance on information provided by Inloher or Copart.
5.4 Sales Taxes
The Buyer is responsible for all applicable sales taxes. Inloher will collect and remit taxes as required by law based on:
- Florida sales tax when applicable
- Buyer’s state of residence, capped at 7%
Valid exemption documentation must be provided at purchase.
5.5 Account Security
The Buyer is responsible for safeguarding login credentials. All activity conducted through the account is deemed authorized. Inloher is not liable for unauthorized use resulting from Buyer negligence.
5.6 Third-Party Vehicle History Reports
5.7 Required Documentation and Power of Attorney
Within three (3) calendar days of purchase, the Buyer must provide:
- Signed purchase documents
- Valid government-issued identification
- Notarized Power of Attorney, when required
Failure constitutes a material breach and may result in penalties, cancellation, deposit forfeiture, or account suspension.
6. Payments and Fees
6.1 Full and Immediate Payment
The Buyer agrees to remit full payment, including:
- Auction closing price
- Sales tax
- Inloher broker fees
- Copart fees and applicable charges
Deadline: Payment must be received within three (3) business days, including auction day.
Late payments incur a USD $50 late fee per vehicle. Failure to pay within seven (7) calendar days results in cancellation, forfeiture of deposit, and possible relisting.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Vehicle payments and security deposits: Bank wire transfer
- Membership fees: Credit or debit card via Stripe, or PayPal
- Security deposits: Credit or debit card via Stripe or bank wire
Vehicle payments by credit card, PayPal, cash, checks, Zelle, Western Union, or direct Copart payments are not accepted.
Payment is deemed received only upon cleared funds confirmation.
6.2 Credit Card and Bank Transfer Processing
Stripe convenience fee of 2.9% applies to card payments and is non-refundable. Bank transfers may take 1–4 business days to clear. Access is enabled only after clearance.
6.3 Inloher Broker Fees
- Free Membership: USD $299 or 10%
- Monthly Membership: USD $249 or 7%
- Annual Membership: USD $249 or 5%
- Canada (vehicles located in Canada): USD $350 or 5%
Fees may be updated with prior publication.
6.4 Copart Buyer Fees
Copart fees apply per published Copart fee schedules for light and heavy vehicles.

Vehicles may only be removed after issuance of a Vehicle Release Authorization and must be removed by tow truck with proper equipment based on vehicle type and condition. The Buyer is responsible for all storage fees after the free period as explained in table below:

Day 1 is the day of purchase. Storage will be charged on weekends and holidays unless the weekend or holiday occurs within the first three days. Storage rates may vary by location and can be found on the Locations pages at Copart.
7.4 Buy It Now Rule
Payment is required the same day of purchase. Failure to pay same-day incurs a USD $50 late fee. Storage begins the following day, with two (2) free days before daily fees apply.
7.5 Transportation Services
Transportation estimates may be provided through third-party partners. Inloher does not perform transportation services and assumes no liability for carrier actions. Buyer authorizes sharing of contact and vehicle information with transportation partners.

8. Titles and Registration
8.1 Titling in Florida
All vehicles purchased through the Site with transferable documentation will be titled in the State of Florida under the name of the Buyer registered with Inloher. Titles may be clean, salvage, destruction, or other classifications as applicable.
Under no circumstances will Inloher issue titles in the name of third parties. Inloher may withhold title delivery until all outstanding balances, investigations, disputes, or regulatory requirements are satisfied.
8.2 Title Delivery Timeline
Title processing is estimated at thirty (30) business days from the auction date. This timeframe is approximate and may be affected by DMV processing, seller delays, administrative errors, holidays, or postal delays. Inloher is not liable for such delays.
8.3 State Restrictions
Due to regulatory requirements:
- Kansas and Missouri: Buyers may not purchase vehicles located in these states
- Michigan: Only clean title vehicles may be purchased
- Colorado and Wisconsin: Live bidding is restricted for special title vehicles

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inloher, Copart, and affiliates from claims arising from Buyer conduct, vehicle use, resale, transport, or non-compliance.

- Broker fees paid for the transaction
No indirect or consequential damages are recoverable.
